This role requires diligent customer account and relationship management, with a focus on increasing Keysight''s market share, top-line orders, and engaging with senior-level clients.Keysight seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager within the test and measurement industry to manage major semiconductor accounts in Italy and Austria. The individual will be responsible for growing the business, implementing strategic account plans, developing accounts, gaining market share, and proposing business and technical solutions to meet both explicit and implicit customer needs.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, independent, results-oriented sales professional capable of conducting basic product demonstrations and orchestrating internal resources to secure and grow business, ensuring high customer satisfaction. They must be able to solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity, leading cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and maintaining long-term customer relationships.Key responsibilities include generating sales within assigned accounts, interfacing with various customer departments from R&D to manufacturing, promoting and selling products and solutions, creating and revising lead generation plans, and proactively understanding customer needs to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves developing approaches to sales strategies, leading projects involving coordination across functions, managing sales opportunities, and continuously learning about new products and technologies.Qualifications include a BS/MS in Electronics and Communications Engineering or relevant field, with at least 5-10 years of industry experience in technical product sales. Experience in account management within the electronic manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of electronics testing and measurements, especially in semiconductor, digital, and RF/microwave domains, is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills are required. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; German language skills are strongly preferred. The role may require overnight travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
