Department European Campuses Specific Job Title: Coordinator of Academics and Program Development, Rome Reports to: Director of Rome Programs Campus: Rome Job Summary As a Catholic, Vincentian, metropolitan, global, and anti-racist institution, St. Johns is committed to supporting and valuing all students within its community, both on campus and abroad. The Coordinator of Academics and Program Development at the Rome campus plays a key role in these efforts by managing short-term programs, supporting faculty and students, and coordinating program logistics. This position reports to the Director of Rome Programs. Essential Functions Programming and Events: Customize itineraries, coordinate winter and summer programs, manage budgets, develop academic initiatives, build relationships with local organizations for internships, support student life activities, attend events, plan cultural programs, manage faculty logistics, and assist with local needs. Student Affairs Administration: Ensure student health and safety, serve as conduct administrator, manage incident reports, handle immigration processes, maintain records for compliance, track attendance, participate in emergency response, and support student well-being. General Administrative Tasks: Organize mailing and shipping, perform related duties, and support the smooth operation of Rome programs through collaboration and participation in administrative activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
