What are we looking for? If you have strong analytical skills and are people- oriented, customer-focused environment, the Team Leader Customer Service role is perfect for you! In this position, you will collaborate across departments, lead a dynamic team, and drive operational excellence to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities? Process and monitor customer orders, providing product and promotion information. Handle administrative and commercial tasks (quotes, statistics, customer records updates). Provide customer feedback to the Sales team regarding issues or requests. Support the Sales team with client visits and market prospecting. Analyze customer purchasing behavior and collaborate with departments like Sales, Production, and Logistics. Qualifications & Skills ? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Experience in people management is a must Customer service or sales experience is a plus. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills. Team-oriented, empathetic, and assertive.
