Founded in 2012 in Italy, listed on Euronext Milan since 2022, now part of Honeywell.Job Summary:The Sales Engineer fosters sales opportunities by applying engineering expertise to transform business needs into technical requirements, serving as the key technical person in the Sales Engineering and Proposals team.Responsibilities:Organize proposal preparation, coordinating support from specialists, and generate technical/economical offers with annexes.Build trusted relationships with customers to engage them into sales or projects.Analyze operational requirements and establish agreements on product functionalities.Advise customers to refine operational and system requirements.Map system requirements into system architecture and select suitable product configurations.Coordinate with Design and Product Engineering for technical analysis and gap evaluation.Present technical solutions to customers and compile comprehensive proposals.Manage proposal follow-up, updates, and negotiations.Collaborate with Finance for revenue and margin estimations.Support Business Development with technical and economical proposals.Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams for technical feedback and effort estimates.Assist Product Line Managers and define program schedules with Procurement and Production teams.Ensure quality, export, and sustainability requirements are met.Support initial training, contract management, and customer communication activities.Qualifications:Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Optoelectronic, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.5-10 years of experience in design, development, manufacturing, or technical sales.Proficiency in English and knowledge of Systems Engineering and Program Management, especially in Aerospace and Defense sectors.Experience with embedded systems is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and in multidisciplinary teams.Powered by JazzHR#J-18808-Ljbffr
