Polymechaniker / Gruppenleiter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate your team in daily operations.
2. Manufacture machine components in series or as prototypes.
3. Program CNC machines, set them up, and create documentation.
4. Optimize processes and develop the work environment further.

Requirements

1. Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic (m/w).
2. Experience in CNC part manufacturing, including CAM and CNC programming.
3. Willingness to attend courses and pursue further training.
4. Are you responsible, solution-oriented, and autonomous?
