Overall Job Purpose
The Assistant Food Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and strategic goals of the Food Beverage department. This role assists in managing daily service operations across all FB outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet services, room service, and any other related services. The position is responsible for ensuring superior guest experiences through high-quality service, efficient team leadership, and strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
· Assist in managing day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and event catering (if applicable).
· Supervise and support FB staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
· Ensure the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction are met at all times.
· Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and managing costs.
· Monitor FB operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications, Skills Experience:
· Fluent in both Italian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
