Construction Junior Engineer Activities and MainResponsibilities: The Construction Engineer Junior shall supportthe Construction Manager for both the Home Office and siteactivities in the proper application of methodologies, systems andsoftware to facilitate the planning, management and control of theconstruction activities. He shall ensure the application ofconstruction procedures and the definition of constructionsequences, constructability studies, logistics, constructionplanning activities. He also supports the projects in theimplementation of the construction subcontractors work frontmethodology, supporting both the home office and site team, alongwith the other Companys functions involved in project execution.The main activities are: - To support and prepare the constructionprocedures to be implemented on the projects; - To support andprepare Constructability studies; - To participate toSubcontracting Plan definition; - To prepare the SubcontractorsWork Requisitions and the site operating conditions; - To prepareSubcontractors technical evaluations; - To support constructionmethodologies and information technology systems implementation onsites and home office; - To ensure training and support to HomeOffice and sites for all matters relevant to construction systemsimplementation; - Facilitates the optimal development of the Pathof Construction and follows up the relevant Action list; - Providefeedback concerning problems arising from application ofmethodologies and work instruction to improve the effectiveness andthe efficiency of the Construction Department; - to support theapplication and the implementation of the AWP (Advanced WorkPackaging) methodology. Educational Background - Masters degree inMechanical, Civil, Energy, Chemical engineering; Technical Skills:- Good knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English; - GoodKnowledge of OFFICE (i.e. power point, excel, word); - Nice to havea good knowledge of AUTOCAD software. Soft skills - Availability tointernational mobility for either short- or long-term assignment; -Attitude to perform the work in team, in an international andmulti-cultural environment; - Achieve the goal approach; -Familiarity in organization and coordination matters.
