Job DescriptionThe Corporate Language Trainer for English is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of language improvement courses, along with all related activities. The target group for this role includes employees from Stefanini Solve IT in Turin and occasionally other employees from Italy, depending on business needs.The classes will be conducted in person at the Stefanini premises in Turin.Key Responsibilities:Perform assessments to validate trainees'' English language skills.Prepare, customize, and deliver language improvement courses for group sessions or individual learners.Develop and implement personalized learning programs based on business requests.Ensure the training environment fosters learning and development.Provide equal participation opportunities for all trainees, considering their development needs.Offer constructive feedback and assist participants in identifying new growth avenues.Organize and accurately track participation in training sessions.Regularly share feedback with trainees'' direct managers.Job Requirements:Fluency in English: Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2 level).Teaching Experience: At least 2-3 years of teaching English, preferably in a corporate setting.Relevant Certification: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent.Experience with Group & Individual Training: Ability to handle both group sessions and one-on-one coaching.Business English Expertise: Knowledge of business communication, professional writing, and industry-specific terminology.Flexible and Adaptive Teaching Methods: Experience in customizing lessons based on learner needs and company requirements.Familiarity with Online & In-Person Training: Comfortable using digital tools for virtual sessions if needed.Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage learners and provide constructive feedback.Availability & Commitment: Willingness to deliver regular sessions at Stefanini''s Turin premises.What''s next: We encourage you to apply today, as job postings may be removed at any time.
