Your role and responsibilities

As an Employer Branding professional, your role encompasses several key responsibilities. You are tasked with defining, developing, and executing employer branding strategies that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating closely with teams from Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communication, and Business Leaders, you gain insights into their needs and create proactive branding initiatives. These initiatives may include action plans, engaging content, social media presence, and targeted campaigns.

Further:

1. Implement creative and innovative strategies to attract candidates, ensuring alignment with current market trends.
2. Identify key success factors to guarantee the company''s presence on the most effective platforms, events, and channels for engaging top talent.
3. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and manage Austrias employer branding strategy and budget.
4. Cultivate and sustain partnerships with universities, student associations, and industry networks to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications for the role

• 3-5 years of experience running employee brand and engagement
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources/Business/Marketing/Communications or related field or relevant experience
• Required to have strong communication skills and be business fluent in German and English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, network and influence relevant business stakeholders
• Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience to run branding projects
• Positive to have experience in the Austrian or German talent market including school and university network
