- A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.

- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required).
- You are available to work in a hybrid mode: both in our office in Katowice and from home. Working from the office includes 2 - 3 days a week.
