Job Scope
Under the direction of the Corporate Marketing Director, the Product Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of campaigns for growth of market share in all markets requested related to the product lines assigned. This role will also support the development of new assay projects carrying the voice of customers and KOLs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Science (Medicine, Biology or Biotechnology) or Marketing, PhD is preferred.
3+ years of IVD marketing experience with in-vitro Diagnostic products and experience managing the launch of at least 1 IVD Product.
Preferred:
Excellent presentation skills and capability, both in preparation and delivery of information.
Track record of developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, both internal (i.e. Commercial Regional teams) and external (i.e. customers).
Demonstrates strong analytical, financial and technical competencies.
Experience in preparation of technical reports and product specification information.
Demonstrates ability to identify, plan and develop marketing campaigns based on strategic goals and initiatives.
Scientific background sufficient to understand/explain product characteristics.
Knowledge of regulatory environment in which products are sold and regulatory rules as they apply to regulatory agencies such as FDA and IVDR.
Knowledge of the IVD industry.
Multicultural skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
Native English speaker or high proficiency in English.
