A leading international manufacturing group, headquartered in Charleroi, is seeking a Senior Indirect Buyer to strengthen its purchasing team. You''ll be at the heart of the companys transformation, managing high-value projects and working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize procurement activities for all indirect spend categories (facilities, services, IT, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Drive supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.
- Initiate and manage continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing strategies.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate risks and identify opportunities.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
