This company is helping reshape care. Through smart sensor technology, theyre giving caregivers more time for the people who need it most. The app helps care workers know when someone is about to get up, reducing unnecessary physical rounds and letting them respond faster to real needs.
They are growing fast. Already active in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the US, theyre now scaling into Germany. Theyve grown to 60 people and run a flat structure with fully autonomous teams.
What youll do:
Youll be part of a multidisciplinary product team (UX, frontend, backend) working closely together to finish the transition from React Native to Flutter. Youll help deliver features directly shaped by healthcare workers in the field.
The ideal candidate is either a strong Flutter engineer with some backend experience, a mobile engineer with other tooling, or a fullstack developer who can work confidently in Flutter and Node.js/TypeScript. Bonus if youve worked on native iOS or have experience in building production-grade mobile apps.
