We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Fund Corporate Officer for our long-term partner, a growing PFS represented by open-minded and dynamic employees, based in the Cloche dOr area.

Furthermore, in terms of services, this team assist a client base of alternative investment funds, investing primarily in Private Equity and Real Estate. As a Senior Fund Corporate Officer, your files will have a certain complexity as well, which is of course highly interesting for your development.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Corporate Officer PFS Funds Legal - Corporate

• You handle the daily corporate life of your clients from the introduction to the liquidation, these clients being Alternative investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
• You are in charge of preparing board meetings and shareholder meetings, as well as drafting LPAs, SLAs, articles of incorporation and any other legal documentation that may arise.
• You are also responsible for publishing the annual accounts as well as other corporate modifications that may arise.
• You are in regular communication with your clients and are the key point of contact in case they have any questions or concerns.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Corporate Officer PFS Funds Legal - Corporate

• Thanks to your experience (in a PFS or fiduciary ideally) of minimum 4 years as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, you are able to handle your portfolio of AIF with a great level of autonomy.
• Fluency in English is required. It is not necessary to speak any other language.
• You would describe yourself as being proactive and well organized, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• You will be assisted by two very skilled managers who are happy to share their knowledge and skills with you.
  
  

Offer | Senior Fund Corporate Officer PFS Funds Legal - Corporate

• You will benefit from limited overtime and flexible hours allowing you to end the day as early as 4 PM, allowing you to fully enjoy spending time with family and friends.
• A salary of up to 80 000 per year, depending on your skill set and level of experience which will evolve as you grow in the PFS.
• As you will receive meal vouchers of 10.80 per day, you will be able to spend it in one of the many neighboring restaurants with your friends and have a good time or simply to buy your groceries.
