Main responsibilities Oversight and management of the Luxembourg paralegal team, currently consisting of two paralegals. Responsibility for the relationship with third party corporate administrators Support the external corporate administrators and the business teams in preparing board packs, arranging board meetings, updating registers and preparing legal or administrative documents. Collaborate closely with other teams in Luxembourg, Europe and the US Undertake strategic projects Prepare and hold training sessions as needed Oversee and support the Luxembourg paralegal team Profile required Rigorous, detail orientated and with great people skills and ability to work in a multi-discipline team. Strong leadership and management skills. The candidate must be fluent in English. German and/or French would be advantageous. At least 5 years of relevant, professional experience (i.e. in similar or related tasks to the ones above) and at least 2 years'' experience in managing a team.
