YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
Youll play a central role in bridging business needs with technological solutions for top-tier financial institutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analysing requirements: Understand, document, and challenge business and functional needs across departments.
- Facilitating workshops: Lead sessions with clients and stakeholders to capture user needs, business processes, and regulatory constraints.
- Designing solutions: Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, define data models, and oversee their integration.
- Testing and validation: Prepare test plans, coordinate UAT phases, and ensure the solutions meet expected outcomes.
- Supporting end-users: Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- Managing change: Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption and communicating effectively across operational teams.
WHO YOU ARE

Your ideal profile:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in English, French or Dutch (trilingual is a major asset)
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving

- Experience in banking or insurance is a strong plus
