Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to stabilize their current Jira and Confluence environments and support a planned migration to Atlassian Cloud.

We are seeking an Atlassian Administrator to support and stabilize the current Jira and Confluence environments and help prepare the organization for a strategic migration to Atlassian Cloud. The environment currently supports ~50 users and includes 56 active Jira projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence in mid-sized environments.
• Proven experience preparing or executing Atlassian Cloud migrations.
• Strong understanding of Jira project configurations, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and integration with 3rd-party systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Jira and Confluence administrator, ensuring system stability and addressing user needs.
• Assess and document the current configuration and recommend improvements for usability and scalability.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and plan the migration of Atlassian tools to the cloud.
• Perform user training, permission audits, workflow tuning, and general maintenance.
• Support integration of Jira with other enterprise systems where applicable.
