Were looking for:

As a Tax Director you will take care of the Company''s tax strategy, focus on intercompany tax structures, compliance, and audits. If you have a deep understanding of global tax landscapes and a passion for driving compliance and efficiency, we invite you to apply to this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global tax strategies, including transfer pricing, intercompany financing, and cross-border structuring.
• Ensure on time preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with international tax laws.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits, liaising with tax authorities and external auditors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze changes in tax legislation, advising senior management on implications and necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and review tax provisions and support external financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate tax reporting and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate tax risks.
• Collaborate with other finance departments, legal, and operations teams to integrate tax considerations into business processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax experience.
• Extensive knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and tax compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with tax software and ERP systems
