Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Front of House role for THE TRIBUNE HOTEL, JDV by Hyatt. He/she will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including communication with guests, managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in front of house department and customer service
• Ability to handle receptionist duties
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
• Knowledge of the Opera PMS system
• Fluent in Italian and English
