The role supports Aptars customer-centric growth initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director.As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will:Develop the Internal Commercial MindsetOptimize the Customer ExperienceMaintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards)Act as administrator for customer databases, managing requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunitiesEnsure CRM and pipeline best practices are followedCollaborate with IS teams to improve internal systemsManage Contract activitiesSupport sales training frameworks and provide system support to commercial teamsEducationBachelor''s degree in Business or related fieldRequired Skills3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis, CRM expertise essential.
