The HR Manager role is an hands on opportunity wherethe tasks will be a mix between soft & hard HR. The company isactive in the health care sector. - Payroll: - Monthly: providingthe correct data on a monthly basis to SD worx, first line contactwith SD in regard to payroll related topics, check the payrollbefore executing the payment - Daily/When needed: follow-up onemployee calendars (sickness, holidays, ) and ensure correctregistration and required info (eg medical attest) - Answerquestions on payroll coming from employees - Follow-up on socialregulation (changes in comit paritair) and take action whenrequired - Recruitment: first contact with headhunting agencies(briefing), screening of short lists, contact between agencies andhiring managers, first interviews, (in future: post via LinkedInor other platforms - not done currently) - Communication toemployees about HR/admin/general topics - Provide training &development plan for the next year (+ following instructions ofauthorities), organize and follow-up, . - HR documentation: keeppolicies up to date, ensure all documents are in place, update jobdescriptions, . - Fleet management + follow-up in case ofaccidents - Insurances: contact with KBC/DKV - Onboarding (andoffboarding): admin, HR policies, contact with IT, orderingmaterials, + follow-up with starters - First contact foremployees (very divers questions) - General admin (incl also thecurrent tasks of the office manager)
