RoleThe Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Expert will be placed within the new Operational Design Control and Resilience - Business Continuity team in the Chief Operating Officer department. The role involves supporting the team in preparing and managing business continuity plans, providing practical learning on how the bank prepares for and responds to operational disruptions or crises. The Expert will assist the Lead in analyzing, implementing, testing, and improving the bank''s Operational Resilience & Business Continuity, ensuring compliance with policies and control standards.Key ResponsibilitiesThe expert in Operational Resilience & Business Continuity (OpsRes&BC) will be responsible for:Supporting activities to maintain and improve the Operational Resilience & Business Continuity framework and documentation.Organizing and leading periodic OpsRes&BC Risk Assessments to identify threats and develop mitigation strategies.Updating the scope of OpsRes&BC periodically based on business requirements.Facilitating coordination for planning, prioritization, and implementation of business continuity initiatives.Assisting business teams with business impact analyses to identify gaps.Ensuring plans are developed, documented, and compliant with standards.Updating scenarios to adapt to new threats.Maintaining OpsRes&BC requirements in Group tooling.Supporting Crisis Management organization, including crisis committee preparation and scenario testing.Coordinating regular tests to evaluate plan effectiveness.Integrating business requirements into Disaster Recovery strategies and testing.Overseeing reporting activities related to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.Deep-diving into processes for third-party and intragroup Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Crisis Management.Training staff and third parties for awareness.Preparing management reports on OpsRes&BC status and effectiveness.Personal ProfileStrong skills in Business Process Management, Quality, and Organization.Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.Flexibility, integration, and facilitation skills.Reliability and team empowerment abilities.Effective communication skills.Strategic perspective on activities.Ability to challenge and discuss with stakeholders.Relevant certifications (any).Additional InformationDuration: PermanentLocation: Milan (hybrid)About INGING offers diverse and rewarding career opportunities within an innovative digital banking environment.
