G-nous is seeking a proactive and skilled BusinessAnalyst to join our team supporting IT projects and service for ourclients, including ESA (European Space Agency). The BusinessAnalyst will play a critical role acting as a bridge between thestakeholders and the development team, ensuring the successfuldelivery of IT solutions. What you will do - Work closely withG-nous business and technical team, participating incross-functional team meetings and contributing to decision-makingprocesses. - Ensure continuous communication with clientsstakeholders to plan the activities, and address any issues orchanges. - Engage in project analysis (technical/functional)throughout the lifecycle, including design, development andtesting, to ensure the delivery of efficient and effectivesolutions. - Translate business requirements into clear, detailedand testable functional specifications. - Develop and maintainfunctional documentation, including process flow diagrams and usecases. - Plan, organize, and execute projects, leveraging agilemethodologies and using tools like Jira to drive team progress,facilitate communication and ensure successful project completion.Who were looking for - Bachelor''s degree in a STEM field. -Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst orFunctional Analyst, ideally within the IT sector. - Provenproficiency in working on IT projects focused on the development ofdigital products and Business Intelligence. - Good English languageskills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to interact effectively with both internal teams andclient representatives. - Experience with mapping businessprocesses. - Demonstrated expertise in Agile project managementmethodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Niceto Have: - Experience working in a consulting firm. - Knowledge ofneeds assessment techniques. - Experience in Business Intelligence(BI) and Analytics. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite(e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate).
