Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) for the Netherlands
100% remote (full-time)

- As a competent contact person (m/f/d), you will support our Dutch customers with telephone inquiries about our dental equipment for dental practices
- You will be responsible for the service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support of sales campaigns and ordering
- The maintenance of our merchandise management and CRM system is part of your daily business
- You will act as an interface between colleagues (m/f/d), e.g. in sales, technology and warehouse logistics, and our customers (m/f/d)
- You will look after our customers competently and friendly by phone (inbound) and e-mail
- You act as our figurehead, provide professional assistance and represent our friendly company
- Depending on your personal strengths, you may take on projects and additional tasks in cooperation with the department management
- You have an apprenticeship with a (dental) medical, technical or commercial focus (e.g. medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk or similar)
- Ideally, you have already gained relevant professional experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar segment
- You are a talented communicator and have a sure instinct in dealing with different personalities
- You will always work reliably and accurately in administrative activities
- You like to work independently, are just as service- and sales-oriented and highly motivated
- You are fit to use the MS Office package
- You show a positive approach, a sense of responsibility and are an outspoken team player
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch (C1+)
- You are happy to contribute your good written and spoken English skills (B2)
