With over 25 years of expertise, the company is a recognized player in the development of solutions that measure and manage electricity, gas, water, and thermal energy flows. RD Manager - Energy Your Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop the RD team; Coordinate all aspects of product development: hardware, embedded systems, cloud solutions, and product housing; Ensure alignment of development activities with product roadmaps and the companys strategic goals; Oversee collaboration with external stakeholders and manage associated budgets; RD Manager - Energy Your Profile Proven experience in an RD leadership or management role; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Experience in cloud or embedded software development is a plus; Fluent in Dutch, with strong command of English.
