The role involves close collaboration with the development and project management teams, automating manual tests, and conducting manual testing.You will:Investigate and manage product bugs, assess issues, and follow up with product owners for performance improvements.Support the product audit management process.Ensure proper release of products.Implement corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate closely with product owners and development team members.Meet challenging deadlines.Maintain updated monitoring systems for customer feedback and complaints.You have:Knowledge of SQL, SCSS, HTML, basic Java.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and diagnostic skills.Basic UI design knowledge.Interest in Information Technology.Knowledge of test automation using Cypress.Nice to have:Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum & Kanban methodologies.Experience in Cloud or SaaS development environments.Experience in performance testing with tools like Load Impact.Knowledge of DevOps tools.Additional Information:This opportunity is open to candidates of all genders (Law 903/77).
