For a client company operating in the Beauty sector, in strong expansion in Italy, we select aSenior Data Analyst(10/25)The figure sought, reporting directly to the head of the Digital & Data area, will coordinate Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and CRM activities, analysing data from both physical stores and digital channels (website, e-commerce), interpreting and translating them into commercial actions.In detail, he/she will be responsible for:analysing specific data to identify trends and improve business strategies;provide data-based insights to optimise operational decisions;create visualisations, statistics and reports;collaborate with performance analysts to propose specific marketing activities.Requirements:The ideal candidate holds a Masters Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related fields and has gained significant experience in the role of Data Analyst in structured companies with a strong digital vocation.Knowledge of Power BI and SQL and excellent data visualisation and data management skills are required.
