The Green Recruitment Company has been partenered witha leading IPP in the search of a Land Manager inItaly.Responsibilities:Participation in the identification,analysis and selection of potential sites for the installation ofgeneration plants from renewable energy sources.Identification ofowners of the land identified for the development of the generationplants and their evacuation and negotiation infrastructures, andclosing with them the corresponding legal transactions (leasingcontracts, options, easements, acquisitions, easements,etc.)Establish relationships with local institutions.Search forreal estate brokers that support the employee and the company inthe search and negotiation of land for the development ofgeneration facilities and their infrastructures.Support in themanagement of the different projects in the development phasethrough dialogue with other external brokers.Support in theprocessing of the necessary authorizations for the construction andoperation of energy generation facilities with renewablesources.Participation in M&A processes, due diligence regardingland availability.Support in the preparation of documentation forlitigation and pre-litigation issues.Requierements:Plus 5 years ofexperience in Land Management, Scouting and Brokerage of Solar Pvprojects.Knowledge of agricultural land real estate law andenvironmental law would be an advantageNegotiating skills with agood feel for contact persons as well as the ability to establishand maintain contactsExperienced handling of Italian legalstandards , building law and renewable energy law related landownershipVery good interpersonal skills, autonomy, aptitude forteamwork, ability to synthesize, involvement and rigor, efficiency,ability to carry out several projects in parallel and know how tomanage priorities.Fluency in English.
