The Role

A.M.A Selections is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Concierge Team for a 4-month internship full-time at our Cannes office starting as early as May 5. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury travel and eager to gain experience in guest relations, client services, and operations within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, youll support our concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with guest itinerary preparation, including reservations for restaurants, chefs, yacht charters, and more.
• Supporting communication with local partners and service providers.
• Helping research and update local recommendations and experiences.
• Assisting in the follow-up process with guests before arrival and handling post-check-out process with finalizing damage deposit refunds.
• Providing administrative support for onboarding new experiences, recommendations, and updating guest-facing materials.
• Helping prepare guest feedback reports and assisting in compiling insights.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• A proactive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the luxury travel space and a desire to learn.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excited and interested in working for a young, growing company.

Compensation NET: 800 per month

Contract: 4-month Internship (we are open to 6-month internships as well)
