You should be a problem-solver and business driven: highly analytical, capable of building robust models, and making data-driven decisions.You should also be comfortable engaging in conversations with high-profile companies, and in communicating Ubers message and vision.What you''ll doDevelop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.Analyze operational and marketing metrics to make sound business and marketing decisions.Better understand the different segments of our rider base and target riders.Execute strategic partnerships, engaging with high-profile corporations, and drive business development.Collect, analyze and build on market needs and constant customer feedback.Execute our go-to-market strategy and be able to adapt it through time, according to our rapidly evolving operation.Work closely with our engineering & operations teams to streamline processes and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business.What you''ll needUniversity / Masters degree, preferably in Management, Economics or Engineering.Approx. 2-5 years experience in strategy consulting, business development or brand management preferred.Profound marketing analytics and Excel skills.Highly organized and strong in prioritisation of tasks.Capacity to identify key issues and break problems into smaller pieces, to build targeted solutions.Highly structured. Be proactive and self-driven.
