The Rewards People Team develops ambitious projectsaround all different and important facets of human resources. Wedeal with crucial rewards themes such as compensation,benchmarking, benefits, contact model, employee engagement,onboarding,... During an internship at the Rewards People Team wegive you the chance to make an impact and to make your own mark,all of this of course with the support and coaching from yourPeople Team colleagues. Since we areworking in such an international environment, an advanced level ofEnglish is required. You speak fluent Dutch or French You wantto learn a lot and also do a lot. Curiosity and hands-on mentalityare highly appreciated! Organizational capacity and prioritymanagement skills are on top of your list. Good analytical skillsand good knowledge of Excel are always an advantage! Relationshipbuilder - strong interpersonal and communication skills: buildingrelationships, ability to listen, and communicate clearly. Ableto manage confidential information with proper discretion.
