Job Description - Junior Controlling Specialist (MER0003LR7) Description Support in planning processes (operating, strategic and forecasts) Preparing monthly analysis and year-end results of company Participating in month-end closing activities Monthly variance analysis between targets, EA and actuals for departments Preparing Project and Investment reporting Monitoring of stock Developing and optimizing reporting Qualifications University degree (Finance, Economy, Econometrics or related disciplines) Min 1 year of experience in finance, preferably finance/business controlling/audit/accounting in an international company Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint Fluency in German or English (min B2) Very good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of SAP System module FI/CO will be an asset Reliability and accuracy Strong numerical ability, analytical and controlling skills, and drawing conclusions from the actions in progress Ability to act under great time pressure with orientation to delivery deadlines of realized jobs Highly organized, detail-oriented, and pro-active individuals Organization Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. z o.o.
