As an HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all HR matters in France and occasionally one or more of our other European countries. Youll work closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and provide expert advice. Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions. Manage the hiring process, from posting job ads to onboarding new employees. HR Administration: Handle employment contracts, employee records, and HR systems (AFAS) Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with French labor laws and company policies. Performance Management: Support managers with appraisals, feedback, and employee development. Training our employees and managers as required. Knowledgeable: Good understanding of French labor laws, unions and HR best practices. Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
