YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Developer at Capgemini Engineering, you will be commercially responsible for part of a strategic account in the high-tech and semiconductor industry. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, shaping solutions, and building long-term partnerships.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies from lead generation to contract closure.
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, expanding existing contracts.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Capgeminis Engineering portfolio.
• Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring clear reporting and sustainable growth.
• Building and maintaining relationships at management and executive levels.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a strategic and commercially driven professional with a passion for technology and client success. You bring:

• A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a sales-driven environment.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in Engineering or R&D services.
• Fluency in English, and ideally Dutch.
