In this role you will act as the essential link between Operations, Engineering and IT. You will play a key role in the management and further development of the Global Service Center Portal, which supports multiple key locations worldwide.
Your mission is to improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of logistics operations. This includes analyzing supply chain dynamics, streamlining internal flows of goods and optimizing warehouse and transportation processes. In addition, you lead data-driven improvement initiatives that directly contribute to the organization''s growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and translating wishes and requirements from Management, Operations, Sales and customers into clear functional designs
- Collaborate with internal and external developers to maintain and improve systems
- Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes within warehouses and throughout the entire supply chain
- Leading and supporting improvement projects focused on inventory management, material flows and product traceability
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes, proposing effective solutions and guiding implementation
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure operational alignment
- Act as a key user for ERP and WMS systems, helping to set up and streamline logistics configurations
- Drafting training materials and guiding colleagues in the adoption of new tools and processes
What we ask
We are looking for a proactive and process-oriented professional with the following qualifications and characteristics:
- A completed higher professional education, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, (Technical) Business Administration or ICT/IT Management
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Good knowledge of Lean methodologies and experience with process optimization
- Strong affinity with IT systemsexperience with ERP, WMS or web-based inventory platforms is a major asset
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Analytically strong and able to think in process flows
- Quick to understand complex systems and websites
- Collaborative and a true team playeryou get energy from improving and innovating together
This is an on-site position, so we will only consider candidates who reside in the Netherlands.
