Responsibilities: Provide expert IT support during the DC launch and hyper care period. Collaborate with operations, vendors, and IT teams to ensure system stability and performance. Lead deployment, configuration, and support of warehouse technologies (Zebra printers, RF scanners, SOTI MDM, etc.). Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions. Train local warehouse staff on proper equipment use and support protocols. Support global IT teams with on-site tasks involving networking, infrastructure, and security. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage during critical phases. What You Bring: Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in high-impact environments. Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams. Deep knowledge of warehouse IT systems, particularly Zebra technologies and SOTI mobile device management. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, ideally within warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environments. Proactive mindset, fast learner, and strong attention to detail. Experience in supporting new facility technology deployments is a plus.
