To support our growing presence in Europe, we are looking for a Trouble Shooter/Key User to join our team in Heerlen, the Netherlands. Identify and troubleshoot system issues related to Manhattan software Investigate and test new system implementations; Serve as the go-to person for all WMS-related questions and provide training to colleagues on the Manhattan system Observe and assess operational processes to identify and support both system-based and operational improvements Support warehouse operations and other onsite business units with WMS interface-related requests Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluent English, Dutch is an advantage Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts Managing your own success and the necessary support in your development Were growing worldwide, and were constantly looking for talented individuals at all levels who can deliver the caliber of service our customers require.
