Job Title: Dynamics 365 FO Functional Consultant Location: Netherlands (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility) Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Language Requirement: Dutch Speaking About the Role Are you passionate about leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO to solve real business challenges? We''re seeking a driven Functional Consultant who thrives on working closely with clients to translate complex business processes into effective, scalable ERP solutions. You''ll be part of a collaborative and experienced team delivering end-to-end implementations, optimisations, and support projects across various industriesranging from manufacturing and trade to logistics and project-based organisations. What Youll Be Doing Engage with clients to gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses Translate business needs into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Configure and customise FO modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, etc.) Prepare and lead workshops, user training, and documentation Collaborate with developers, project managers and solution architects to deliver high-quality solutions Assist in testing phases: UAT, integration, regression Support clients post-implementation to optimise adoption and performance Stay updated with new FO releases and advise clients accordingly Key Skills Experience 3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 FO or AX 2012 Strong process knowledge in at least two of the following: Finance, Procurement, Sales, Projects, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing Proven track record in full lifecycle ERP implementations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a wider delivery team Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps and Microsoft ecosystem tools is a plus Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT or equivalent preferred Whats on Offer Competitive salary package tailored to your experience Annual bonus scheme and pension contribution 3240 hour work week with flexible hybrid working options Opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a supportive, growth-focused environment Personal development budget for certifications (MB-300, MB-310/320/330) Be part of an organisation where innovation and people development go hand-in-hand
