Shared technology components are an increasinglyimportant part of the Ansys pervasive insights strategy to expandthe footprint and drive broader adoption of Ansys products andsolutions. The Lead Program Manager Solutions is responsible forhelping to define the overall strategy and product roadmap forsolutions and platform shared technology components (STCs). Thisincludes ensuring alignment between STCs and company-wide strategicobjectives, influencing development priorities across target usecases, and driving the delivery and adoption of platformcapabilities within the Ansys portfolio and ecosystem. This rolerequires the ability to communicate cross-functionally and buildstrong relationships with development, customer excellence, sales,marketing, and customers to ensure a comprehensive strategy forbringing STCs to market. Key Duties and Responsibilities - Drivealignment between shared technology components (STCs) and criticalcompany and customer initiatives. - Collaborate with developmentleads and stakeholders to ensure delivery and adoption of platformcapabilities. - Refine and improve the planning and communicationprocess for STCs to efficiently adapt to changing customer needswhile maximizing the impact of current offerings. - Provide aprioritized list of strategic initiatives to guide planningresource allocation. - Lead and evolve the go to market strategyfor shared technology components. - Provide training to CustomerExcellence and Account Teams as necessary MinimumEducation/Certification Requirements and Experience - Bachelorsdegree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 8years of experience, or masters with 6 years of experience, or PhDwith 4 years of experience - Excellent organizational, leadership,decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to workcollaboratively in a geographically distributed organization -Experience leading projects and delivering high-quality products ina large-scale commercial organization - Experience andunderstanding of the full end-to-end simulation process fromgeometry to solution post-processing - Awareness of industry trendstowards automation and democratization, requiring workflows thatare fast, accurate, and easy-to-use Preferred Qualifications andSkills - Firsthand cloud deployment experience with customer ITchallenges both technical and process change related - Professionalexperience in a role as an application engineer or product manageris highly desired - In-depth experience in requirements definition,market research & analysis, and project planning - Ability toovercome obstacles and drive projects to completion
