We are looking for a PlasticsChemist to join our sustainability team in Italy and contribute tohigh-impact projects with clients in the luxury fashion segment.About the Role: As a Sustainable Plastics Chemist, you will play akey role in developing and implementing innovative plastic-relatedsolutions that support the sustainable transformation of thefashion industry. You will collaborate with internal teams andluxury fashion clients to address challenges related to plasticmaterials, circularity, and environmental impact. KeyResponsibilities: - Apply advanced chemical knowledge to createsustainable plastic solutions tailored to the fashion sector. -Work cross-functionally with internal teams and externalstakeholders to solve complex plastic-related challenges. - Supportthe development of strategies to reduce the environmental footprintof plastics used in fashion and accessories. - Engage directly withclients to understand their needs and propose customized,science-based solutions. - Stay informed on the latest trends,technologies, and regulations related to plastics andsustainability. What Were Looking For: - Masters degree or PhD inPolymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. - Atleast 3 years of experience in plastics research or application,preferably within the fashion, sporting goods, or relatedindustries. - Deep understanding of the chemical properties ofplastics and their environmental implications. - Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to translate technicalexpertise into practical solutions. - Excellent communicationskills in Italian and English; French is a plus.
