The Infrastructure Support Analyst is responsible forsupporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of ITinfrastructure services within the EU region. Reporting to theInfrastructure Team Lead, the Infrastructure Support Analystensures the stability and reliability of critical infrastructuresystems, including networking, servers, and storage. This roleinvolves troubleshooting, system monitoring, and collaborating withother teams to deliver exceptional service and meet operationalobjectives. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1+ years ofexperience in IT support or infrastructure management, with firsthand experience in maintaining IT systems. Knowledge of ITsystems, including servers, networks, storage, and otherinfrastructure components. Experience with IT service managementplatforms, such as ServiceNow, for incident tracking and servicerequests. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification or MicrosoftCertified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate ITILFoundation certification or equivalent experience preferred. SKILLSAND COMPETENCIES Technical Expertise: understanding ofinfrastructure components and systems, including networking,servers, and storage technologies. Problem-Solving: Stronganalytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issuesefficiently. Communication: Clear and effective communicationskills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal teamsand stakeholders.
