To support our new client in the cybersecurity activities of this brand-new satellite mission, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert with proven knowledge in a space mission. The position allows hybrid / partially remote work, and partially based in Frascati (Italy). Few short travels on clients premises might be needed for the good delivery of the service (few days per month maximum).ResponsibilitiesPerform security risk analyses during the system design, implementation phase, and the overall life cycle of the project.Work with system design teams to ensure a resilient system.Define technical and organizational security measures.Support the security accreditation process.Collaborate with system teams to build and validate security measures.Monitor the correct implementation of all security measures.Keep security documentation updated and perform audits as required.Skills and ExperienceUniversity degree in Information Technology / Communications or equivalent qualifications.Experience with security architectures for complex systems.At least five years of experience as a (cyber)security engineer.Experience with space projects.Experience with security evaluation and accreditation.Experience in audit processes and risk management.Security certifications (CSSLP, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead auditor, etc.).Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team.Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices around Europe.Ability to define security requirements and design for space systems.Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.Preferred SkillsSecurity accreditation in European organizations and/or industries.Risk assessment methodologies (EBIOS, HLRA, etc.).Knowledge of ESA Security Directives and EU security regulations for classified information.Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, ISO 22301, ISO 31000.Knowledge of CCSDS standards for space data link security.Why Apply?Opportunity to work within a major institution.Encouragement to think outside the box and push boundaries.Join a forward-thinking company with opportunities for international experience, personalized training, and flexible relocation support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
