About the position:This position is located at the Youth Programs at Aviano AB, Italy, and is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron.DutiesPerforms various cooking duties including roasting, broiling, baking, frying, boiling, steaming, and stewing meats, fish, and poultry.Prepares soups, stocks, broths, gravies, sauces, and puddings without packaged mixes.Adjusts recipes for different serving sizes, performs yield testing, and prepares cold food platters, salads, hors d''oeuvres, and garnishes.Plans and coordinates the cooking of multiple items to produce complete meals on time and at proper temperatures.Performs related duties as assigned.If interested, preview the online application: Application LinkRequirementsComplete a background investigation with favorable results.Complete a pre-employment physical due to physical lifting requirements.Subject to pre-employment drug screening and random testing.QualificationsWho May Apply: Open to everyone.
