This position is within the Business Support Department, located in Italy, with flexible work modality options to promote work-life balance.Position OverviewYou will be part of the Sales Administration, Back Office, and Service Contracts Team, reporting to the Supervisor of Sales Administration, Back Office, and Service Contracts. Your role involves processing sales contracts for Italy. If you enjoy supporting roles and aim to build a world-class Business Support organization, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze contract agreements and manage sales contracts in Oracle ERP from creation to termination, including renewals and price adjustments.Execute billing processes, from invoice generation to dispute resolution.Fulfill hardware orders, managing the entire process from order processing to customer shipment, and maintaining sales and customer records.Investigate and resolve disputed invoices and follow up on instrument orders.Process purchase orders and issue sales transaction invoices, supporting daily management activities.Compile monthly sales reports and assist the sales department with administrative tasks.Minimum RequirementsMasters or bachelors degree in business administration or law; experience in tender processes is a plus.2-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role, with strong recordkeeping skills.Familiarity with sales reports and records, excellent communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office; Oracle knowledge is advantageous.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Customer-oriented, structured, proactive, and efficient work approach.Personality traits: communicative, open, pragmatic, hands-on, team-oriented.Join us to help accelerate the impact of science and technology, working alongside a diverse and innovative team committed to making a difference in healthcare.#J-18808-Ljbffr
