Position SummaryPurpose of the position:Issuing purchase orders in compliance with delivery deadlines and budget assigned to the order; Searching and validating new suppliers; Analysing raw material cost trends; Implementing purchasing strategies and negotiating with suppliers.Responsibilities:Respect of delivery deadlines and budget assigned to the order;Optimising purchase prices;Maintaining solid collaboration with suppliers;Identifying new suppliers and participating in the qualification process with the Quality Department.Technical skills:Technical drawing (reading and interpretation);Use of drawing programmes;In-depth knowledge of types of materials (sheet metal) on the market;Application of EN 1090 on supplies;Good use of SAP management software;Good use of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Soft skills:Collaborative spirit;Propensity for Team Working;Problem solving;Qualification: Bachelor''s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Languages: fluent English and Italian.Hierarchical responsibility: Purchasing manager.#J-18808-Ljbffr
