We are seeking a passionate Cowork & community Manager to oversee daily operations and build a vibrant community.
What Youll Do
Here are the main responsibilities to help grow and nurture a new creative community.
Community Building:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our community and guests, building relationships with members, and ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Organize and host workshops, networking events, and talks tailored to creative professionals.
- Monitor and analyze community performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, community building, and customer engagement, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
Cowork management:
- Oversee daily operations, including desk allocations, meeting room bookings and tracking space utilization.
- Oversee facility maintenance, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to maintain a well-functioning workspace.
- Manage memberships, onboarding, invoicing, and other administrative processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align community efforts with larger campaigns.
Collaborate and support the other Materiatek services :
- Work closely with the Materials Librarian to integrate resources into community activities.
- Support the planning and execution of multiple events.
Who You Are
Experience:
- 2+ years in a similar role (cowork spaces management, office management and community building).
- Experience or a strong interest in the creative or design industry is a plus.
Skills:
- A Connector: You have a genuine passion for building relationships and bringing people together.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Multilingual: Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential for engaging with our diverse community.
Personality:
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and resourceful, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy learning on the go.
