Mission
We''re looking for a Solution Delivery & Implementation Manager(GE/EN) to take ownership of complex and high-impact client onboarding projects. In this role, you''ll lead implementations for some of our most strategic accounts, contribute to internal process improvements, and act as a go-to person within the team for guidance and supportwithout formal management responsibilities.
Youll bring structure, clarity, and confidence to clients during onboarding while also keeping an eye on internal capacity and helping improve how the team operates.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent client experience.
- Execute short term projects for existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates on our internal platform.
- Proactively manage timelines, expectations, and risks across multiple projects in parallel.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, account managers) to ensure alignment on project scope and customer needs.
- Support capacity planning efforts by clearly communicating bandwidth, blockers, and delivery estimates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes, templates, and tools.
- Act as a peer coach or point of reference for more junior team members when neededsharing context, advice, or troubleshooting ideas.
- Document implementation patterns and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
ABOUT YOU
Skills
- Fluent in English and German (or French)
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS implementations, ideally with configurable or complex products.
- Confidence managing several projects with different scopes, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Excellent client-facing communication skillsable to guide and reassure customers.
- Organized and analytical thinker with good judgment around delivery priorities and risks.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and providing structured feedback internally.
- Proficient with project management tools and ticketing systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in onboarding enterprise clients with multiple stakeholders or custom needs.
- Background in consulting, business analysis, or solution design.
- Experience using Click Up for project management
