We are currently looking for an internto join our CRM & Loyalty team at our Milan headquarters for a6-month extracurricular internship. The role will support theoperational management of Eatalys loyalty program. What youll do:- Support daily operations related to the Eataly loyalty program -Set up and test loyalty campaigns using CRM platforms - Helpmonitor member behavior and promotion performance - Support theimplementation of member-only promotions and benefits - Coordinatecontent and materials for loyalty communications, includingpreparing benchmarks - Help maintain customer records and ensuredata accuracy - Provide general operational support to the CRMManager - Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and other teams toensure program consistency across channels Who you are: - Mastersdegree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields -You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Youare comfortable with Excel and quick to learn digital tools -Youre curious, analytical, hands-on, and ready to take initiative- You have an entrepreneurial approach: resourceful, proactive, andsolution-oriented - Previous experience in CRM Teams is considereda plus What we offer: - A practical internship with real impact onone of Eatalys key customer programs - Exposure to CRM strategyand loyalty marketing operations - A collaborative environment withcross-functional teamwork - Learning and growth opportunities Thissearch is open to all genders pursuant to art. 27 D.Lgs. n.198/06.All applications will be considered equally, as we believe in equalopportunities and promote principles of inclusion anddiversity.
