We are now looking for aThermal Engineer to join our team in Milan! What will you do in ourteam? - Respond in a professional manner to all assigned servicecalls while on duty. - Perform all work in a safe manner and inaccordance with established company safety policy. - Perform allwork using good working practice and current codes ofpractice/legislation relevant to assigned task. - Assist inensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintainedat a min 90%. - Assist back office to schedule, plan and close anyworks as required, using established work flow procedures. - Keepscheduling team informed of changes to your schedule and the statusof all open jobs. - Submit daily paperwork in a timely, accurateand complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service ensurethe job is debriefed in a complete and accurate manner at thecustomer''s premises where possible - Report sales or service leadsto the proper department. - Support company vision and managementdecisions. - Ensure that all ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001agreed processes are followed - Ensure that all Vertiv processesare followed. - Keep company vehicle clean and properly maintained.- Protect all tooling and company property issued and keepcalibrated as requested - Work as part of the service team andsupport business needs. - Provide a positive influence to peers -Provide on site technical assistance with difficult problems - Workclosely & assist department managers, salesman, contractsengineer & managers with their day-to day operational duties. -Attend customer meetings as required - The employee ensure that anyactivity, task and responsibility required by role in terms ofExport Compliance, Import Compliance, EU Arrivals and Despatching,as well as Supply Chain Security is managed and performed in fullcompliance with the Company International Trade ComplianceRegulation certification program itself. What will make yousuccessful? Good experience of working in a technical serviceenvironment with Thermal equipment or similar but the rightpersonality is equally important. - Computer skills including allMicrosoft Office associated programs such as, Word, Excel, Outlook- Previous environmental service experience - Excellent customerservice skills - Strong communication skills - Self-starter,ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively with abilityto work under pressure. - Clean valid drivinglicence.
