Job Title: Junior Process EngineerToyota Material Handling Italia, a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation and a global leader in material handling and logistics, is seeking a Junior Process Engineer.The selected candidate will be part of the Operations team at the headquarters in Casalecchio di Reno and will collaborate with various internal departments to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require improvements.Key Activities:Conduct periodic meetings with different functions to map existing processes and identify critical issues, initiating problem-solving (root cause analysis).Perform targeted data analysis to manage existing procedures and processes.Collect and analyze data to measure process performance (KPIs).Manage and develop the standardization of operational activities.Collaborate on projects related to new workflows and strategies for logistical and production processes, overseeing their implementation and maintenance.Support IT/IS in requirements analysis and serve as a reference point for other departments during the release of new programs.Requirements:Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Economics, or related fields.Good knowledge and proficiency in Office365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Analytical approach, project-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.Good command of the English language.Familiarity with process topics and methodologies related to the Toyota Production System.Good knowledge of AutoCAD.Work Location:Casalecchio di Reno (BO)Our Environment:We offer a dynamic and inclusive environment that values teamwork and personal and professional growth.Development Opportunities:Personalized training paths and development plans aimed at enhancing skills and meeting individual needs.Contract Type:Apprenticeship or permanent contract under the Metalworking and Plant Installation Industry CCNL.Our Commitment to Diversity:Toyota Material Handling Italia believes that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are key to creating value and increasing organizational well-being.
